Majed is a practicing attorney in Oregon who combines trial advocacy with sophisticated transactional expertise. He has guided clients through the full litigation spectrum—from discovery and motion practice to trial—before both state and federal courts. His prior experience at leading national and international law firms, handling complex projects across multiple industries, has provided him with a strong foundation in strategic problem-solving and risk management. Not only that, his extensive background in drafting and negotiating complex agreements has sharpened his attention to detail, ability to anticipate potential conflicts, and skill in achieving mutually acceptable settlements. Such capabilities he now extensively applies in litigation to secure favorable outcomes for his clients.
Majed earned his Juris Doctor at the prestigious Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, where he received the Law Review Excellence Award and multiple Certificates of Merit in legal research and writing. He served as Senior Articles Editor for the Law School Journal of Practical and Clinical Law and as Managing Editor of the Law School Law Review. He later earned an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida.
As a published author and lifelong learner, Majed has written on topics ranging from corporate governance to labor and zoning law, and he continues to pursue creative writing courses at Oxford University. He is provisionally admitted to practice law in Oregon.
Outside work, he enjoys reading novels, playing golf, and visiting art galleries.
