Provisional License Attorney

Jermain’s devotion to the practice of law focuses on family law. His priority is helping clients navigate divorce, child custody, DHS matters, and child support disputes with a solution-driven approach.
In addition to family law, Jermain brings extensive experience in bankruptcy, criminal defense, and federal criminal prosecution. He previously served at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland, where he worked in the Major Crimes Unit and the Fraud and Public Corruption Unit. During that time, he prosecuted cases involving murder, narcotics trafficking, firearms offenses, child exploitation, white-collar crime, RICO cases, human trafficking, international romance fraud schemes, mail fraud, and Social Security disability fraud, while also working closely to protect victims throughout the process. That experience has equipped him with the skills and instincts to relentlessly pursue and advocate for solutions that best protect his clients’ interests.
Jermain is provisionally licensed to practice law in the state of Oregon.
Outside of work, Jermain enjoys fishing, reading, and traveling.
